Trauma & PTSD Therapy in Arlington, TX and Online Across Texas

Heal the past.
Reclaim the present.

Trauma doesn’t have to define your future. I help teens and adults move through the pain of what’s happened—so you can feel safer, more connected, and more in control again.

Does it feel like old wounds are still running the show?

Maybe the trauma happened years ago—or maybe it’s been happening for as long as you can remember.

Maybe you experienced emotional neglect, a partner who slowly eroded your sense of self, or other experiences you could never quite put into words but still carry with you every day.

You learned to adapt, stay small, read the room, and keep the peace.

But now, even in safe moments, your body stays on guard. Your mind replays what you wish you could forget. And relationships still feel like you’re walking through a minefield.

You might...

  • Feel chronically unsafe or on edge, even when nothing “bad” is happening

  • Struggle to trust people—or overextend yourself to avoid being abandoned

  • Hear an inner voice that’s critical, ashamed, or convinced you’re too much

  • Have a hard time feeling your emotions… or feel totally flooded by them

  • Numb out, overthink, or stay constantly busy to avoid what’s underneath

If your hurt and pain came from relationships, it makes sense that relationships may feel hard to navigate now. But healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.

Trauma PTSD Therapy Arlington Texas

Your trauma isn't the end of your story—and it doesn't have to define you.

Therapy can help you start to feel safe in your own body again, so you can respond instead of react.

So you can build relationships where you don’t have to hide, shrink, or perform to be accepted.

In our work together, we’ll move at your pace, never pushing, never forcing. I use tools like EMDR and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga to support both mind and body as you process the pain of the past and reconnect with yourself in the present.

Here’s what we’ll do together

Together, we’ll build enough safety and trust to explore what needs to be addressed gently, and with care.

As we work together you’ll begin to:

  • Set boundaries without guilt or fear—even with people who’ve long expected you to stay small or silent

  • Feel more grounded and less on edge, learning how to calm your nervous system when it gets activated

  • Notice and name your emotions without shutting down or spiraling

  • Recognize what you want and need, not what others expect

  • Stop over-functioning or people-pleasing as a way to stay safe

  • Trust your own instincts instead of second-guessing every choice or interaction

  • Build relationships that feel mutual, supportive, and safe, not one-sided or full of pressure

AT THE END OF THE DAY I WANT YOU TO KNOW:

You don’t have to keep carrying it all alone.

It is possible to feel safe in your body again—to move through your day without being hijacked by memories, and to connect with others without losing yourself in the process.

Together, we can begin to loosen trauma’s grip and gently rediscover the strength, safety, and self-trust that’s always been inside you.

You deserve a life that feels like yours again.
