My office is located in Arlington, Texas, inside the Woodridge Village Shopping Center:

If you're local, you're welcome to come in for in-person sessions—or we can meet virtually if that’s more comfortable for you. -
Online therapy is a flexible, secure way to get support from wherever you are in Texas. We’ll meet over a private video platform, and sessions follow the same structure as in-person therapy. All you need is a quiet private space, a strong internet connection, and a device with a camera.

Yes—I offer both in-person and online therapy for clients across Texas. You’re welcome to choose the option that feels most supportive to you.

Initial intake and assessment session (75 minutes): $175
Ongoing sessions (50 minutes): $135
I want therapy to feel like an investment in your well-being—not a source of stress. If you have questions about affordability, I’m happy to talk more about options.

Yes—I am in-network with Aetna and United Healthcare. If you have one of these plans, your sessions may be covered depending on your benefits.
For other insurance plans, I work as an out-of-network provider and can provide a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

You can schedule your first appointment by reaching out through my website contact form, phone, or email.
From there, we’ll take a few simple steps:
Find a time that works for your 75-minute intake session
Complete your secure intake paperwork
Verify insurance benefits (if using Aetna or United Healthcare)
Once that’s done, you’ll be all set for your first session.Item description

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what support might look like going forward. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out. We’ll move at your pace and start building a foundation of trust.
-
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some clients come in for short-term support around a specific concern, while others stay for longer-term exploration and growth. We’ll check in regularly to make sure therapy is working for you and adjust as needed.

The Good Faith Estimate is part of the No Surprises Act. It lets you know—up front—what you can expect to pay for therapy. I provide this estimate to all new clients before we begin so you feel fully informed and in control of your care.
